This is the ugly duckling within my yarn line. Not soft, no silk or other luxurious materials, but pure honest non-superwash wool from the highlands of Peru. Ideal for color work, bags and blankets. The fibers are 27 microns and the itch point is at 28 microns. Personally, I don't wear this on bare skin, but for the less sensitive people this is fine.

This wool is expected to felt and shrink when washed too hot, but this has not yet been tested. (More info follows)

Minis of 20gr, Demi's of 50gr, whole strands of 100gr.  420m/100gr.

Needles 2.75-4. Gauge depending on selected needle size and pattern. Indication at +/-3mm 26 stitches/10cm.

Hand wash only at a low temperature and with a little PH neutral detergent.

For hand-dyed yarn, and especially for naturally-dyed yarn, each skein is different in color. Keep this in mind for multi-skein projects.

Colors on photos and computer screens can (and will) differ from reality.
